A One-Horned Ogre is a type of Ogre who in 1310 IC served with the Grand Imperial Army of Grand Cathay. In that year, when vast armies of barbaric Kurgan tribesmen and the Warriors of Chaos laid siege to the Great Bastion of Grand Cathay. Mutated Chaos War Mammoths were said to have trampled whole regiments of these One-Horned Ogres during the battle. They are assumed to have been used as dedicated shock troops or as an elite auxilary force within the Grand Imperial Army of Cathay, at least at that time.[1]

Whether these Ogres are simply variant standard Ogres with a horn growing out of their head likely because of mutation, a drastically different type of Ogre, Ogre mercenaries in the service of Cathay, or even a separate subspecies of Ogres who serve Cathay, remains unknown.
